Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you, the merchant, and D2D Delivery Co., Ltd. (บริษัท ดี2ดี เดลิเวอรี่ จำกัด), company registration number 0775563000846, which operates D2D Guru. By signing in and using the service you accept them.

1. Who may use the service

D2D Guru is available only to merchants verified on the D2D Thailand platform at d2dthailand.com. You sign in with your existing D2D Thailand account. If your merchant account on that platform ends, your access here ends with it.

2. What the service does

D2D Guru connects to messaging accounts you own, reads the messages your customers send them, and replies on your behalf using your own product catalogue. It can assemble an order from a conversation and submit it to your D2D Thailand order system. You can read every conversation it handles.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for what is done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.

4. Connecting messaging accounts

By connecting a messaging account, page or bot, you confirm that:

  • you own it or are authorised to act for its owner;
  • you permit us to receive its incoming messages and to send messages from it on your behalf;
  • your use complies with that platform's own terms and policies — including Meta's Messenger Platform policies for a Facebook Page or Instagram account, and Telegram's terms for a Telegram bot.

You may disconnect at any time from your dashboard. When you do, we stop receiving that account's messages and delete its stored credentials.

5. Automated replies are sent in your name

Messages the assistant sends appear to your customers as coming from you. You are responsible for them as if you had written them. You must not present the assistant as a human being, and you must leave your customers a way to reach a person.

6. Your catalogue and your content

You keep all rights to your catalogue, prices, brand and conversations. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you. You are responsible for keeping your catalogue and prices accurate — the assistant answers from what you publish.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use D2D Guru to:

  • send unsolicited bulk or promotional messages;
  • sell goods or services you are not lawfully permitted to sell in Thailand;
  • mislead customers about who they are dealing with;
  • break the law, or breach the rules of a messaging platform you connected;
  • attempt to disrupt the service, or to reach data belonging to another merchant.

8. The assistant can be wrong

D2D Guru generates replies automatically. It can misunderstand a question, quote something incorrectly, or fail to answer. The service is provided as-is: we do not warrant that every reply is accurate, or that the service is uninterrupted or error-free. Every conversation is visible to you in your dashboard; review what the assistant does on your behalf.

9. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the service, and we may need to interrupt it for maintenance. We give reasonable notice of a change that materially reduces what the service does.

10. Fees

Any fees for D2D Guru are agreed with you separately as part of your D2D Thailand merchant arrangement. We will not introduce a charge for the service without telling you in advance. Costs charged by a messaging platform for messages you send remain yours.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting your channels and asking us to close your account. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, if required by a messaging platform or by law, or if your D2D Thailand merchant account ends. On termination we delete your credentials and, on request, your data — see the data deletion page.

12. Liability

To the extent Thai law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost sales or lost data arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over any dispute.

14. Changes to these terms

We update this page when the terms change and revise the date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
