About D2D Guru

D2D Guru is a customer-service tool for shops and restaurants that sell through the D2D Thailanddelivery platform. It gives a merchant an assistant that answers their customers' messages for them, in the customer's own language, and turns those conversations into orders on the merchant's behalf.

Who it is for

D2D Guru is not a public sign-up product. It is available only to merchants who are already verified on the D2D Thailand platform at d2dthailand.com. A merchant signs in with the same account they use there — there is no separate registration, and we never ask for a new password.

What it does

• Answers questions about the merchant's own menu — what is available, what it costs, what is in stock — using the merchant's catalogue as its only source of facts.
• Collects what an order needs — items, delivery address, contact details — in ordinary conversation, without forms.
• Places the completed order into the merchant's existing D2D Thailand order system.
• Shows the merchant every conversation, so nothing is hidden behind the automation.

Which messaging apps

Telegram today. Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct are being added, with further channels to follow. A merchant connects their own account or page, and can disconnect it at any time from their dashboard.
